Gym Flow

I recently signed up with a fitness trainer at a private gym. We meet every Saturday due to each other's busy schedules but I want to go more days than just one. I plan to go at least 2-3 days out the week. I don't want to over do it but I have so much energy that I think I'll be ok.

I remember about 5-6 years ago I was in the gym 3-4 days out the week. Me and an ex-boyfriend would be in there in beast mode!! I could lift way more than I could now. I love to work out but it seems like everything gets in the way when I plan to go. I know working out should be a life style not a chore, I just slacked up over the years. Now I have more time to dedicate time to the gym. I'm ready and nothing can stop me.

  1. That's great ! I have a gym membership to la fitness that I pay 30$ a month for that I do not use lol! I need to start going again .. summer time coming !

  2. Good luck going back, remember the hardest part is getting past the first two weeks. It's just getting back into the habit :) It's a great feeling. I've been slacking too; I wish I was as motivated as you.
